“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
-More important to think about than our future and our wills is what God's will is. His will is more important than our will. His will is what's best for us. This verse teaches us that one is to test and then approve what God's will might be in our lives. There's sometimes a little bit more to it than just following a black and white script. In order to become sensitive to what God's will might be we need to stay away from what the world tells us is right. What the world says can screw up our sensitivity towards God. World tells us money, power, sex is right, these don't necessarily conform to what God's will in these matters are. Our minds need to be transformed from this. This can be quite the operation to transform a mind. Turning it from one thing to a complete nother thing. God's will is only hard to find if we're not looking for it at all. If we genuinly seek it we will find it.
