John 12:12-22

In this passage Jesus goes to the feast in Jerusalem and people go out to meet him praising him. The shouts of praise pretty much declare that he is their king or that they look at him as the messiah. It took time for the disciples to process all of this. Lazarus raised must've been a huge event that gained Jesus many followers. This frustrates the pharasees. Even the greeks requested Jesus.

From this passage I can learn that Jesus was an amazing man that won the hearts of the people. From the disciples we can learn that not everything God does makes sense right away. Sometimes hindsight is needed to really understand what is really happening. Many times we always try to understand the whole situation now, but sometimes later is when we'll really get it. Those that are against Christ will always plot and scheme. We have to be wise towards them. Overall people want Christ and we should do our best to give him to them.
