-This is the passage pastor dave spoke from today. Thinking about it some more it must be nice to have a mentor like Timothy did. It seems very rare and a gift in itself to find someone that will invest the great amount of time in you. Apprenticing seemed to have taken place all the time back then. Today it seems very much as though it is every person for themselves. When people offer a relationship like this it is sometimes turned down because of pride. Take this gift when offered, and offer this gift when you can.
