28And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming.
-I love the continue in him verses. It's like don't give up. It'd be a sad thing to give up or be unprepared for him. We need to keep our heads down and keep pressing forward.
29If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who does what is right has been born of him.
-More proof of salvation. Righteous people or people who do right stuff are like him. Makes simple sense. Thus, we should be doing righteous stuff. And continue to do right stuff all the time. Fight fight fight.
