33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
-The but refers to instead of worrying. Our minds can get so easily cluttered with thoughts of what we need in life, how we are in life, etc etc. Instead of this we should keep our minds and hands busy with seeking his kingdom and righteousness. Seeking what is to come as well as what we need to work on now. Looking forward will keep us focused and not planted in this world. Seeking righteousness will keep us on task as to what we need to do in this present life. If we focus on the majors the minors will follow.
