Monday, March 1- Joshua 2:1-11

-In this passage Joshua sends out spys to survey a city. In the process of spying they have to hide from some soilders looking for them. They enter the house of Rahab and find shelter there to hide. After the soldiers pass she speaks with them. They find out that the whole city is in great fear of Israel.

-From this passage I can learn to trust in God. As God told Joshua in the first chapter to be strong and courageous because God would be for him, it comes to pass in this chapter. It almost seems like the enemies have more fear of God and trust in God's ability to destroy them than the Israelites do. I should have faith in the same way that my enemies fear God's power. If God is for us who can be against us.
