-Again Paul gives more instruction to titus. In this passage he talks about the foundations of Christianity and that is the gospel. Our salvation didn't come thru our righteousness, but by God's mercy. Becuase of God's grace we can have eternal life. This is something that Paul wants titus to stress to the people he's teaching so that they will be devoted to it. Thinking about these things are good. The bad thing they could do is to talk about things that are foolish and worthless. Titus is taught to warn someone who is divisive twice before he's excommunicated. Paul then talks about some personal notes of where he's staying and to visit him. It's important that the people learn to do good.
-From this passage I can learn to devote myself to thinking about the gospel. This leads to things that are good in my life as I remember what Christ has done for me. If someone is being against the gospel then that person needs to be addressed immediately. In the end Paul teaches the people very simply to do good. Provide for people, meet with people. Just simple things that any of us can do. Do good.
