-In this psalm the psalm changes its tune a bit. It begins to talk about how God is instead of how bad a situation the psalmist is in. He looks to God to rebuild the nation. He recognizes that the nations fear God. He knows that God will answer the plea of his people and he even advises a future generation to praise God.
-Again from this psalm as in many others this man comes to God in his deepest troubles. He looks to God to hear him and answer. I can learn to do the same. To always be desperate for God.
