Zechariah 1:18-21

This passage is a prophetic passage of what happened and what is to come. There are 4 horns and 4 craftsman. The horns scattered israel and the craftsman are there to bring israel back together. In the end God is in control. The nations think that they are great, but God can step in at any time and do as he pleases. The horns are just used by God. It's nice to know that God controls good and bad.
