13) This verse has a lot of wisdom to it. People are so quick to say something. Listening provides so much information and also prevents many misunderstandings. People like to fill in the blanks themselves. We need to be careful how we present ourselves. Our words present ourselves before people.
17)This has a lot to do with verse 13.
21) More reminders that we need to be wise about our words. They either dig us into a hole or create a mountain to stand on. It's quick to build holes and slow to make mountains. The tongue is a funny thing like that.
22) Wife is a good thing if a good one is found. There are many ladies around that wouldn't make good wives. Maybe this verse is for them so that they can change :P
