Verse 16: Wisdom and understanding are undervalued by people. Money is always one of the things people strive for but wisdom gets left behind. Maybe because its harder to measure wisdom. I like talking to people that are wise. They're very helpful.
verse 17: I wonder why people like to flirt with evil so much. To gain meaningless things people will go to such great extents. They value things on the outside and destroy the value they have on the inside. It's a terrible thing to miss a treasure so close.
Verse 20: Heed to instruction. Stopping and letting instruction direct your path. This is another odd thing in life where people get instruction then neglect it as if it meant nothing. Pride or stupidity are amazing guides in life. They point every direction but the right one. Wonder why it is that people are so stubborn to do things the hard way?
