In this passage God again declares that he will ruin Israel, but in the end he will restore Israel. He will root out all the sinners, but then restore Israel.
From this passage I can learn that God is faithful to his people. He will judge those who need judgement, but he will also love those that love him. Even thru difficult times we can trust that God is for those he has chosen.
