-The psalmist talks about prophetic stuff about King David and what will become of him in the future. God chose him from among the people. God's hand was over him and gave him the ability to do all the things he did. God is the one who defeated his enemies. God was teh one faithful to him. God annoited Solomon to be a powerful king after him. God made him the line of Jesus.
-From this Psalm I can learn that God is the one really in control of everything. This doesn't excuse David from having to make real decisions and choose God. God was for the israelites but they failed to choose God so they failed. Knowing God is the one that lays out our paths gives us faith to trust in him. We should learn to love him with all our hearts and trust that he is in control.
