-Again in this Psalm it is one of a cry for help to God. Israel must've been in bad circumstances. And again they were in this situation because God's anger was against his people. The Psalmist cries out to God for mercy and salvation. He appeals to God by talking about how Israel was in the past. The promise for salvation is that they won't turn away from God again.
-This Psalm is similar to yesterdays. The lesson again is to turn back to God when we find ourselves in God's anger. Not all bad circumstances are due to our own sin, but some is. If it is then we need to turn to God in repentance and ask for mercy. God will eventually turn his favor back toward us.
