-The Psalmist in this psalm paints a picture of a mighty God. It begins talking about how God is clothed with majesty. He is firmly established and strong. God has been around forever and it has always been his kingdom. Nobody else has ever ruled over him. The seas praise God. God is mightier than the seas. This is a great picture of the Lord's strength. God's laws will always exist. Holiness is pictured as a decoration for God's house.
-From this I can learn to lean on the strength of God. His strength thru all eternity and his unmatched place as ruler of the universe. All these things are dependable attributes of God. I should praise God in the same way realizing that he is firmly king over the universe.
