1 Corinthians 3:1-8

In this passage paul gives the people a strong rebuke over being divided over something like they were. When it is explained like paul does it it is very silly. we fall into the same trap of arguing over stuff that is really dumb. they were probably very serious about their positions. These people that think they are at maturity are only infants...they argue like babies would over silly stuff. real maturity would get past that. That is where we are called to be as well. there is a time when we argue but there is a time where we should be grown up as well. sometimes its hard to be humble and patient enough to look at things right, but we should get to that point. if not we are as infantile as these people were.
