1 Corinthians 2:1-8
In this passage again Paul talks more about how he didn't come with eloquence or wise words, but just the Gospel and Jesus. He was scared and weak. He wasn't a brilliant speaker. What happened with him was truly a miracle. God's message is wisdom. It is well put together and very intelligent, but people who think they are wise won't get it. It's a good reminder that it's not the messenger but the message that is important. Not that we shouldn't do our best to give it as best we can, just at the end of the day it was God's work. And we have a lot to be thankful for in that. God works with the slow of words and dumb. So we just keep talking about Christ as best we can and let the HS do the rest.
