Hebrews 11:7-12

In this passage it talks about the faith of past Bible heros. Noah had faith to build an arc. His faith not only saved his family but also condemned the world. I don't really think about how my faith can effect others. We sometimes think our faith only effects our own world, but the reality of faith is that God can use it to effect many people. Even though Noah didn't intentionally do it to effect others it did. We should think about our faith carefully also. Our faith or lack of it can effect others even though we don't even realize it. We can selfishly neglect our faith thus possibly hurting others. If Noah didn't act on his faith his family might have perished.

Abraham has many things listed that he did by faith. Again, from the definition, all these were from a God unseen. He believed and did and was rewarded. His faith took him all over the known world and tested all elements of his life. He had his ups and downs, but his faith, with God's help, saw him through. Again his faith was personal, but effected many. We need to watch out for our faith. We can't be so narrow minded and think we don't matter at all. We do whether directly or indirectly. So live our faith.
