-In this passage the author has to deal with a scroll that nobody can seem to open. The author is sad that nobody can open it until someone appears that can open it. There's a bunch of description that is intended to show that Jesus is the one that can open the scroll.
-From this passage I can learn that Jesus is given special responsibilities that only he can do because he has done what he did. I suppose we need to look to him because nobody else can fulfill some of the needs that we have except Jesus.
