Jesus talks to the church in Thyatira. He complements them on their deeds, faith, love and perseverance. It's good that they grew and are doing more than they used to. The problem with the church is that they tolerate Jezebel. She was a false teacher who led people astray by her teachings. A lot of serious stuff will happen to those who continue on with her. Those that do right need to hold to the teachings they have until Christs return. Those that do that will recieve great reward.
-From this passage I can learn that I should be growing in areas of deeds, faith love and perseverance. These are things that should always be strived for. Also again, false teachers need to be taken care of. They do to much damage to the church. We need to be wise how we live and how we take care of these teachers.
