-In this passage a 6th trumpet sounds. After this 4 angels are released to kill 1/3 of mankind. John gives description of the things that were to kill man. The people remaining still refused to repent. They weren't even close to repenting...they continued in thier sinful ways.
-From this passage I can learn about the stubborness of man. Even though all this calamity happened the people were still stuck in their sinful ways. When God gives us small warnings of things to come we should wake up and take alarm that life is so short. We should really focus or re-focus our lives towards him.
