-In this passage there are 4 angels holding back the power to harm the land. They are to wait till 144,000 are marked. 12,000 from each tribe of Israel.
-From this passage it's a little bit hard to learn something applicable except that these are things that will come to pass. It's an odd prophecy, but God has his purpose and order in the things he does.
