2 Timothy 3:1-7

in this passage paul talks about the last days and the characteristics of it. he lists a bunch of things that sound exactly like today which is kind of scary. very scary actually. paul describes people living like this as terrible times. verse 5 says having a form of goldliness but denying its power. that sounds like many church people today. pauls advice is not to have anything to do with these people. he realizes that they corrupt your character. I think the church today comfortably associates with people like this to often. unfortunately this has its effects. we need to be careful of how we live our lives and who we live our lives with. we shouldn't be so blind to think we can get away with it forever. fire burns.
