2 Timothy 1:13-18

I like the words pattern of sound teaching. It's not just a teaching but its a pattern. something that is repeated. the next word i like is guard. we're supposed to guard and we're supposed to get the Holy Spirit's help to guard as well. that's some serious guarding. at the end of this passage he gets personal and talks about people that deserted him. that's pretty harsh. Then he talks about a guy that supported him. Paul seemed like he had a very rough life at times. I like how he dwells on the positive dude more than the negative anyways. so anyways keep and guard good teaching. its not always an easy task. even though people desert and leave stick with it.
