1 Corinthians 15:39-50

in this passage paul continues talking about what the resurrection body will be like. basically it'll be different. It's different because our bodies now are perishable, but our resurrection bodies will be imperishable. or physical then spiritual. he gets this from adam being perishable then Jesus being imperishable. in a crazy way it makes sense. All this was to say that flesh doesn't get eternal life, but the spirit does. So we must accept Christ so we can be born again into the inheritance. earthly things will not allow us get it. we can try try and then try some more but only thru rebirth in Christ, rebirth into spirit, can we get eternal life. This is why Christ is the only way to heaven...because thru Christ is the only way we can be born of spirit. People try to say all ways lead to the same thing, but they don't lead to Christ. He is central in our ability to be born again.
