Exodus 8

In this passage Moses asks that Pharaoh let the Israelites go so that they can worship God. I like this because it was all so that the people could worship God. Maybe if our desire is to worship God we might get some of the same power to get free from our bondage as well. Pharaoh goes through all kinds of plagues and after each one he hardens his heart. Maybe this represents us sometimes. God does amazing things for us to get free, but we just go back on him. It's a strange pattern on both sides. I feel like i've gone through both sides of this. It seems so dumb because freedom is so close. Just have to walk with God.
